Local Observance of Armistice Day
a celebration of world peace – all are welcome
Thursday, 11/11, 11:00am, Avogadro’s on Mason St.
Veterans for Peace will observe Armistice Day, formerly known as Veterans’ Day, at Avogadro’s on Mason Street in Ft. Collins. Avo’s opens at 11, and at 11:11AM, a bell will be rung 11 times, along with a moment of silence to observe Armistice day and celebrate the cause of world peace. Folks are welcome to speak their minds and otherwise comment on Armistice day and what it means to them. There is no agenda for this gathering.
